I know that the  P-01 uses XS system part #   CZ-0006S-6 does the PCR use the same part or for the full sized CZ 75?

Double check me with a call to XS Sights, but I am 98% sure that the PCR will use the full size CZ 75 XS sights.  I believe the only reason the PCR isn't listed for the XS sight, is that you will have a smooth area (no slide serrations) in front of the sight.  THis is only a cosmetic issue, but I think it looks fine.

Here is link to the full size sights at MidwayUSA.  I've found them to be the cheapest place to get them, other than used.

Here is a pic from www.thefiringline.com from someone who put the CZ 75B XS sights on their PCR.  You can see the area of slide in front of the rear sights without ribs, since the factory PCR sights have overhang.

Might provide a bit of additional guidance.  From the CZ-USA FAQ:

Q:How do I know which sights to order for my gun?

A: 75/85/SP-01/97B/P-01/P-06/PCR/83
For the 75/85 models, SP-01 models, 97 models, P-01, P-06 and PCR and 83 you must remove the REAR sight and identify the number stamped on the bottom of it. Choose a higher numbered rear sight to raise the point of impact and a lower numbered sight to lower the point of impact.
