Burris scope rings for 11mm (CZ455)

Which Burris rings are the correct ones to use for the 11mm dovetail: 
Zee rings - Weaver style bases (#420084 med. Standard / #420521 med. Signature)  or
22 rings for ".22" grooved receivers (#420069 med. Standard / #420554 med. Signature). 

From the Rimfire Central - CZ Scope/Rings spreadsheet, it looks like there are recommendations for both styles.  Which is the right style to use?

There are not as many options with Warne (7.3/22) or BKL (257), but I would prefer to use Burris.

Just went thru this today, I bought a 455 VE and am putting a 40mm objective scope on it.  It takes Leupold 'high' rings, dunno about Burris, would guess the same.......
