1st USPSA with Cajunized 97BD
« on: October 18, 2014, 09:16:25 PM »
I have only been able to put about 300 rounds thru my Cajunized 97BD before today. I competed in. Limited 10 and must say LOVED the 97BD and shooting 45.

The one below was a nice run but I missed engaging a target. :(

This stage was better other then I put a barney mag back in my mag holder and only had 7 rounds in the mag. If I didn't miss the first 2 shots the run would have been a decent

You had a good day John & your 97BD ran fine.  See you at  Ontelaunee on the 2nd. Now that I have loctite on my set screw I should be good to go.

It was very interesting to watch a classifier that was close to Cowboy Action Dave.  :o That sure was strange that your trigger set screw moved and caused your TS not to go into battery. One for the books!

Ya its bad when you shoot a classifier with a TS single shot.  Oh well I still came in 38 out of 54

You did good 2nd in Limited 10 & 24 out of 54 over all

Man you were playing it pretty close to the edge of a procedural when you started walking down the shooting area engaging targets to you right.  Your toes were alllllllmost just over the line.

Well played

Thanks. One reason I prefer wood boundaries.

Yeah I thought the caution tape was rather cheesy but I guess almost anything goes in a level 1 match

Thanks for the video.  I'm debating on a 75BD or buying my Beretta PX4 Storm back from the shop I sold it to.
