CZ 550 Ebony Edition

Hey guys.  I just joined the forum to find some information on this rifle.  I am a FFL dealer and just had some of these rifles offered to me.  I've scoured the internet and havent found very much info on these.  My distributor said it was a batch from the czech republic and that they are not normally offered in the us market.  Not sure if he is full of beans or not.  The rifle is beautiful!  We just got in 3 .308's and we have  some 30-06's and .223 available also.  Any feedback on these rifles is appreciated as I do not know much about them.

I don't know about the 550's but I LOVE my 527!
IMO you really can't go wrong with the 550 but then again I my be a bit slanted in my view on CZ's.   ;)

Sure is pretty.  Other calibers available but the 30.06 is depicted   The CZ-listed differences:

The 308's are gone  :(  Still have a small stash of 30-06's and .223's available to me.  I snapped some actual photos of the last 308 that was in but I can't for the life of me figure out how to post pics on this forum.

I had to grab up a 30-06. Been fantasizing about this rifle. Hope I can tame the recoil. Do you guys think a weaver v24 would be overkill on it?

Striper, your rifle came in today!  I will send it out first thing Monday morning.  When you say overkill are you referring to the power of the scope or the physical size?
