New here, hi everyone. How do we attach photos to a post? I want to attach a pic of my VZ2008, stock except I changed to the urban camo Fab-Defense folding furniture and got the ambidextrous release.

3rd party hosting site and then right click the image to get the link or the site itself might give you a pre-generated link.  Imgur, Flickr, Photobucket, etc, are commonly used.  Can probably also use a personal dropbox or amazon images, etc, account, but haven't tried those.

Very simple really.

1) Get a Pic Host account such as Imageshack, Photobucket, or Hunt101.com, the latter which I use.
2) Upload your Pics to your Pic Host Gallery
3) Copy ( keyboard - Ctrl+c ) the Forum Pic Link you get from Your host
4) Paste ( keyboard - Ctrl+v ) the Forum Pic Link into Your post
5) Click on "Save" when done editing

Of course the trick with Photobucket is to just click the "IMG" code, which automatically copies the pic link to your Computer, and all you have to do is Paste ( keyboard Ctrl + v ) into your post.

Greetings, fellow members!
I am very excited to have purchased my very first 2 firearms ever.
The 7.62 version is modified to have the classic VZ58V look, and the 5.56 will be my go to range plinker.
Just got the Kobra red dot today as well. Hopefully those empty shells wont be hitting the Kobra.

As you can probably tell by the magazine pin, I am living in Canada :)

Had to join the show and tell.  Bought this from J&G some years ago when I got lucky and stumbled into the store just as the VZ's hit a low price point.  Over the years, piece by piece, I've added a little swag here, a little bling there.  The bolt carrier came tabbed from Century; I only learned about the issue reading the forums long after I bought it.

I was inspired by someone on a different forum who chopped down a 16" VZ2008 to 10".

Swapped the furniture between my competition gun and the 5.56mm SBR.

From this.

To this.

Of course I'm an Old School  traditionalist "That's the way they did it when Khruschev was running the show (who here remembers him?  I do!) and that's the way I like it"  Purist & correctness and originality Nazi when it comes to AK and VZ-58 rifles, so I think that shorty VZ looks muy mucho mas malo y macho with the beaver barf stock set on it.

A bif of Friday "Vz Porning" never hurt ...  :)

I am a lazy toad . I still have not fitted the polymer folding stock to go with the furniture... ups  ... I also need to work out some kind of washer for the compensator has it is not 100% tight and move my PoI on the right.
