I got my CZ75 SP-01 Tactical 9mm out of jail today. I reside in California, we have a 10 day wait to pick up a firearms purchase. For those of you living in free states we call this 10 day wait "Jail". This is the first CZ i have purchased directly from CGW and the first time i have had a firearm refinished. As it has been mentioned around these parts before CGW dose an adequate job with these obscure CZ pistols. ;D

-CGW Pro Package
-Refinished in Tungsten H237.
-Stock trigger drilled an tapped

The lighting really makes a difference.

Very nicely done. Just like how I would have wanted it to be.

Congratulations.

Wow!  thanks for the great pics, that just may have been worth waiting for it to get out of jail. I am sure the 10 days felt like 10 years, congrats.

Range report update.

I made it out the the range and the new CZ functioned well. I think it still needs a bit of break in and i plan on playing around with the springs a bit to balance it out. I had only 50 rounds or 9mm reloads with me. I need to run some more 9mm.

The trigger was great. CGW did a great job on the over travel set. This has allowed me to experiment with the stock SP-01 trigger, i really like the feel of the polycoat -vs- the slick nickle plated 85c or smiler triggers on most of my CZ's. The stock SP-01 night sights are not the best for target shooting, especially indoors with low light. I look forward to trying them outdoors when i get a chance. This is set up as more of an HD pistol so ill likely keep the night sights as is for now.

Best of 6 targets.
