I recently pondered this myself because I actually like the spur style hammer and was thinking of getting one for my 75B. In looking at the images of the B and Pre-B hammers on the CZ USA website, they look different so I'm assuming you'd likely have to replace the sear as well and perhaps other parts. You could also do what a lot of Hi Power guys do and you can bob the hammer some. You can do it yourself if you're handy with a dremmel. If not, I'm sure a competent smith can do it and I doubt it'd cost much to have them do it.
