About the only place making barrels for CZs is Bar-Sto.  You'll have to contact them.  I think the SP-01 barrel is pretty much standard CZ-75B.

Bar-Sto does their CZ barrels once a year, however, and just finished their production run a month or so ago... so if you REALLY want a barrel, you may have to wait a while or see if you can get a Bar-Sto from a forum member.

(I think there was one offered not long ago, here, with a 75B, but it may have been a .40.)

the SP01 barrel is slightly bigger diameter compared to the 75/85 barrel..
otherwise the barrel lugs are the same.

talking with Bob Hostetter of Barsto..he thought the CZ barrels they make were oversized enough to be able to work..

but definited call BarSto first as we never actually verified any of that information to see if it would actually work..

When I talked to BarSto about a threaded barrel, they said they were going to be doing a custom run of SP-01 barrels.  This was probably 4-5 months ago tho...

IGB Austria makes custom barrels for CZ pistols. They also make barrels for Glock, 1911's, etc. Here is the link.
