Ladies and gentlemen, let me remind you the latest "ruling" from ATFE is that no Scorpions are SBR capable as they do not meet 922(r), and cannot meet 922(r) without the required number of US parts, parts that are not simply yet available. The only people who should be showing pictures of SBR style Scorpions would be those with SOT, those living outside of the US, and factory representatives with original samples. If you live outside of the US or are a manufacturer, please note in your post so as not to attract unwelcome interest from guys in dark sunglasses and business suits who never smile.
As soon as CZ-USA puts up the required "compliance kit" late this summer, we will have grand fun with our SBR Scorpions, because I'll be doing that one too. 8) In the meantime, please be careful. The chance of being visited by unfriendly government types isn't overly large, but I can tell you, having worked in prison for over 12 years, I do NOT want to live here, and neither do you.

You have no way to prove someone posting a SBR picture within the US has not made their rifle compliant.

After reading numerous types of posts from the staff on this website I wish you guys would just stop it.

They also have no proof that that is what the ATF said. They're adding way more to what CZ posted.

Justin

not too mention that the ONLY person who should be concerned is the owner of the gun.  There is NO, repeat NO law against possession or in the case of this sites "posting up" of a PHOTO of a gun, illegal gun or not, its still just a PHOTO.   This site has said more times than any of us care to count that the site does NOT support violating the law and that the site will cooperate with law enforcement against those that do violate it.  So the site is covered, there is no reason to post the same warning again and again everytime someone uploads a photo.  Its just unnecessary and derails the thread.   We have all been warned by the site admin, so if I post up a photo of an illegal gun and ATF is watching and I get popped, its on me.

now... lets see more photos of EVO3s!!!! 8) 8) 8)

This will be my last post for the foreseeable future.  I don't expect it to amount to much as I am somewhat of a new poster in recent history, but you can bet if I fee this way about it, others do as well.

No other forum I participate in that discusses the EVO has shown such a chicken little scared of their own shadow attitude as this forum staff / owner has.  It is one thing to throw up a notice in a friendly manner, but it seems the staff have gone to great lengths to make their feelings known again, and again, and again.  Not to mention via private messaging.

That is my feedback for this forum owner and the moderator staff.  Feel free to mull it over or disregard it completely.

It's interesting how you can hear that loud echo when you're firing the supersonic rounds and then how it's absent for the subsonic ones.   Where did you pick up that 158gr ammo?

This forum will indeed aid in prosecution of anyone posting evidence of illegal activities. Perhaps some members here haven't noticed that more than one admin/moderator here IS LAW ENFORCEMENT. I am sorry if you feel your 1st Amendment rights have been stepped on here, (in a private forum where the 1 A actually doesn't apply), and I would remark that you are certainly free to go to other, greener pastures, and we wish you the best in life.
I PERSONALLY know more than one inmate in on federal firearm charges, one who is doing about 90 years JUST on firearms charge generated by ATFE. If you feel that is being "chicken little scared", by all means think that, but I have seen, and will see again tomorrow, the evidence against that thought.

Now, that is the final word. Please continue with photos of your CZ Scorpion EVO S1 pistols.

Wish granted. And with that, this thread is closed. Start a new one if you wish, but this one got too contentious and disruptive.
