Nice shooting.

You wouldn't be shooting out in Mohave Valley Arizona? Looks like the terrain and the mountains in background of the first pic look like the Dead Mountains in CA across the river.

Looks like a good time.

How big are the targets?

How did the Wolf do?

I am in Ft. Mohave, AZ.

How did the Wolf do?
Wolf was OK, just about the same as SK.

How big are the targets?

Good shooting. Would like to hear your assessment of the shoot? Are the results of the shoot what you were expecting from this rifle or are you disappointed? Also, what were the weather conditions? My impression is that your rifle liked the Federal Ultramatch ammo.
All in all, I thought this was a good example to test different brands of ammo and as I have read on this forum and RFC, your rifle will tell you what ammo it likes best. You have a great looking rifle, like the setup and as always have fun shooting.

In general I would say both the 452 and the 455 are 'tack drivers' at 100 yards!!!

This is the weather description as published in the video:
"

Testing some pricey ammo at 100 yards.

CZ 452 American.
Barska 8-32 x 50 AO scope.
Wind 2 to 5 mph.
Temp 60 degrees Fahrenheit.
Humidty 48 %.
"

I do not think the Federal Ultramatch ammo 'won'-- look at the second group!

Over all I think the SK 22 Magazine won, (with the SK Std. + coming in second).
The SK 22 Magazine shoots the best in both the CZ 452 American and the CZ 455 Synthetic American.
Neither gun likes the expensive stuff (really surprised me).

I have SK Rifle Match, Norma Match and Lapua Center X ordered.
If they do any better I will post the results.

rc, I just re - reviewed your video, I have to agree with you that the SK 22 Mag ammo did provide you with better groups. As I said in my OP, this was a very good example of how different brands of ammo being shot from the same rifle. All in all, to me it sure looked like you were having some fun doing the comparison and you really gotta love shooting a CZ. Keep us posted on the next test. I have some NormaTac 22 ammo that I am going to be shooting in a 50 yard rimfire benchrest league this summer. I will post those results.

It would also be interesting, to me anyway, if you repeated the test after the barrel has a brick or so through it providing you still have any of the ammo left.

Thanks for your report.
I had the right to remain silent...

but not the ability.

rc, another great video. The Norma Match sure started out very impressive and it would appear to me that your rifle would much prefer to shoot the SK 22 Magazine. Again, thanks for a great ammo comparison video.

Well I have more than 500 rounds through this gun and did some more ammo testing.
All shooting done at 100 yards.

Since you have done more testing, your rifle should be starting to settle down.  What's going to be your "go-to" ammos with your new CZ?

Good question!
Which would you pick?

Good question!
Which would you pick?

Did you post all the targets you shot?

Which one is more consistent off and on camera?
All readily available for a decent price?
Any issues with lube or wax from a particular brand?
All chamber/load/extract easily?
Any particular brand have duds or FTf's?

Usually when shooting multiple brands of bullets, I end up with two choices.  Sometimes those choices are the same ammo.  I want something accurate and it be repeatable.

For me, the most accurate is not always my best choice, it is usually the one that is the most consistent.  I would rather shoot Brand T with a 5/8" group all day long than trust Brand X to shoot a 3/8" group every now and then.
