I don't know whether you do or don't lose irons w/ the Corwin mounts.  BUT, you have the picatinny rail there which means you could mount one of several rear sights there and if you have a railed handguard you could mount a bius there as well if you can't see the front sight once adjusting that as well...

I'm not normally a foregrip shooter.  But with the combination of heat, and gas venting out the handguards.  I really look forward to taking the vz2008 to a gun show and trying multiple grips after I get some kind of metal rail on the front end.  Bonesteel,  and maybe NEA, seem like the best bets.

I prefer NEA.  With the corwin though, a non-cowitness like Mako or B&T might better align however...  And the taller top foregrips allow for much more venting than the cowitness ones.
