P07 with WML's
« on: February 05, 2015, 12:05:16 PM »
Wanting to put a light on my new to me P07, looking for pics of how the different lights look on the pistol. I have an M3 I can take off my glock, but would really rather go with the new Inforce WML, TLR-1/3 or something else. So what do you guys have?

About to receive this in the mail today, so no pictures yet but it fits well and a couple of reviewers of this product installed it on their P07:

I'll add a picture tonight.

Here is my P-07 with a Streamlight TLR-3. perfect fit and perfect function, matches up exactly to the trigger guard and I couldn't be happier.

I took the TLR-1HL off my P-09 so I could take a pic of it on the P-07 for you.  These are 600 lumens and was $128 on Amazon when I bought it.  It does look a bit long on the P-07.

Okay, easy installation and easy operation of the Viridian C5L-R (light & red laser):

I'll try to come up with a Surefire X300 and an Inforce APL. Any others I am missing?

IMO, the X300 is the only weapon light I would run on any serious fighting pistol.  It will extend a bit beyond the muzzle, but this is a good thing for contact shooting as it may prevent the slide from being pushed out of battery from force directed on the muzzle.

I like the looks of the CT on the 07.

I always forget about CT and Viridian, because I think of lasers. I'll try and borrow my buddy's APL, and that should close up most mfr's (not counting Nebo/Protec, we know what they look like and the TLR-3 can be had for same price).

When the lights stick out past the muzzle you'll eventually burn the top of the light.  It just leaves a discolored area but so far has not eroded the surface.

Each shooting session builds up powder residue on the lens and lens cap.  That'll wipe off with a clean rag/cloth.  So far I've not really "seen" any damage to the lens, just a build up you have to clean off after each shooting session.
I just keep wasting time and money on other brands trying to find/make one shoot like my P07 and P09.  What is wrong with me?

Does you M3 lock up tightly? Mine wobbles quite a bit, I've tried both bar pieces and neither help thought the 1913 one does wobble less, it still wobbles. Wondering if I have an out of spec frame

Yes, if I remember it did. I imagine if it were loose or wobbly my OCD would have kicked in.
