Can is to big for it.  Would prefer a stubby fat can personally.

That's the EVO with the approved Form 1, with factory stock, or airsoft stock?

Its here in Vegas and I don't have to worry about silly form 1's  :D (Sorry I should add I do have a license to do this)

This one has the airsoft stock but compared to the CZ stock its 100% the same item, in fact if you go to the ASG website you will see that CZ is now supplying them accessories and parts, in this case Airsoft is the old style item

pedro is there a way to order the stock as a separate item?

Spending $450 on a stock (aka buying the whole bleep unit) isn't that appealing.

Nope ASG will just not play ball I met with them at SHOT spoke about buying 100 units and they were very positive but once they got back to the office and the whole attitude changed.

But don't dispare there are other options on the horizon

Couple of Questions;

Can you link me to a reputable website if I did want to purchase the entire airsoft unit?  Might be a good thing to have for practice.

Also, can you expand on your latter comment about the horizon and things to come?  ;D

I'm one of those people with money in hand and no one wants to take it.

This will be the only way to get one of these for some time because everyone and their brother will be just buying the stocks for their real gun. I think they figured that out early on. Don't feel too bad BT stocks for MP5s are around $350-375 with out shipping. I got the air soft one several months back for around that and my kid likes it just fine and there is zero difference in the materials for the air soft one and the firearm. It's lighter and the rear stock groove is absent on the air soft receiver.  Other than the OEM stock which is identical to the ASG stock the ACE ultralight stock would be what I got.

I am very tempted to order the airsoft version (what does it cost, $450 ish?) today and just have it available for practice at my house and steal the buttstock as needed.

ASG seem quite discerning regarding appointing dealers so any ASG dealer should be pretty good we used these guys and have purchased several from them http://www.airsoftgi.com/product_info.php?products_id=17346

Thank you.

How are they on processing orders? Pretty quick?

Also I think I asked before, but....  what modifications have to be made for it to fit, if any?
