I know it’s not exactly the same but I hated the feel of the safety levers on my p-01 omega.
The plastic spade detent felt spongey and weak. I could never find a metal one so I made my own. Immediately the safety had a more positive feel and audible click.

A buddy installed one of these springs in for me in my 75B this weekend. I'll post the results back here in this thread. Like you, I never liked how the weak detent the stock 75B safety lever spring was.

I run them in all my CZs (even with the slim safeties). I was in some USPSA matches 10-11 years ago with the Shadow and would bump the safety occasionally upwards during reloads. At first I would mod Rami safeties for the left hand side until a few years later I discovered I could purchase the slim sets. Then Perman had the heavier rate springs and I found I could run the standard safeties with them and not have an issue. Now I just run them in everything for good measure. Never had a problem.

Just got my 75B back this week. The safety is much more positive now and I'm very happy to have made that little change to the 75. CZ should put these springs in all of their manual safety 75 models.
