Thanks Jake! Good to hear they're working out for you. My new job plus other things have been kicking my ass. I haven't been able to squeeze in as much shop time as I'd like. I'm still plugging away at them though. I'm trying to get caught up with orders from people that have contacted me directly and I haven't had time yet to build up any to put up in the classified section. I did get some pics of some material/texture combos that I haven't posted yet.

I put the brown diamond linen micarta grips on mine today and will try them on Sunday.  First pair of grips were the brown checker and they felt great for the shape but were not as grippy as the diamond.  I think I need the grippier shape for a match gun, will know more on Sunday.  Really nice grips, regardless of the texture you might choose.

Got my new grips from Dave yesterday.  They are black linen micata, diamond pattern, no scallop, with blue bead-blast screws.  They fit my 2014 glossey blue 97 perfectly.  For my hands, the feel of the larger grip is fabulous compared to the thin factory aluminum.  Looking forward to getting to the range on Monday.

Dave is a pleasure to do business with.

Need to use the little picture icon and then put the url between the middle brackets

I tried the diamond grips this morning and LOVE them.  Lots of grip but no cheese grater abrasion.  Perfect.

I received my pair and got to the range yesterday.  They are exceptional and by far my favorite grips on the BE.  Thanks Dave!

Wow just got a 97B yesterday and was not liking the thin aluminum grips. Way too flat and felt like my hands could barely get contact on them. Not too many official grip options unless you like thin grips or thin grips. Was about to order a set of the rubber grips as I heard they were thicker than the aluminum ones at least.

Saw mention of DaveB's grips in another thread and found his WTS ad in the classifieds. Holy crap they look great! And thicker for people with big hands like myself too! Ordering a pair really soon  :)

I love these grips.  This is on my bullseye match gun with the red dot.  Just the amount of ovalizing that I needed to come a little closer to what the 75 feels like.
