The Zastava 22LR rifle looks beautiful, and I looked up some reviews which are quite positive.  I'm not familiar with it though, and I see a CZ 99 Precision (price ranging from $170-290) as well as an MP22 (price ranging from $330-350).  The $170 I saw was being sold by J&G Sales (http://www.jgsales.com/zastava-cz99-bolt-action-rifle,-22lr,-22-barrel,-yugo-import-by-cai,-new.-p-62934.html).

As for accuracy, check out some of the reviews of both models:

A friend owns a couple of them.

One in .22lr and one in 22WMR.

He feels that for the money you can't go wrong. The metal work is excellent with the stocks not being the same quality as a CZ.
I had the right to remain silent...

but not the ability.

Quality rifles, very accurate. If it lights your fire, go for it. A friend of mine bought one (in .22lr) about 15 years back, put a good 6x scope on it and is very happy with his bunny rifle. He is an experienced positional shooter and still competes in Prone centrefire, out to 1,000 yards at the Seddon Range, one of the toughest in the world, so is nobody's fool.
A good shot at close range beats a 'hit' at a longer range.
