I'm going to change the title of this thread to try to draw comments from other Bayou users on their OALs.

This might help to guide you.   ;)

Have you performed a push test as suggested?

It will save a lot of time.

I just switched to the bayou 135 RN bullets for my CZ's.

I ended up at 1.125 OAL to get them to plunk test in three different CZ's.

So far I have only shot a few hundred of them but had no malfunctions.

I needed to load the Bayou 135s shorter than their 147s...note, this is in my PPQ, which has a shorter leade/chamber than my CZ, but if it fits my PPQ, it's guaranteed to fit my CZ.  In this case, I was loading the 135s at a max of 1.09" in the PPQ, vs 1.12" for the 147s.  In most cases, I could go another .01-.02 for my CZ, but the real answer is to check Wobbly's post on how to check max OAL in the tricky section..for your specific bullet/barrel combo.

If that is what you got from the push test then subtract .015 from that which would give you 1.10 & do the plunk test. Let us know how it goes.

I'd stretch it a bit.

Looking for 1.105 and taking 1.110 would work for me

Using my digital eye-o-meter, I think that if you moved the bullet back so that the bottom of the copper colored ring was flush with the top of the case, it would be about perfect.
