Just did a search and this is the only thread that came up regarding blued CZ75 compacts.  I saw a used one today at a local gun store.  I don't recall ever seeing one before, so I took a chance and bought it for $477 out the door.  Hopefully, I didn't pay too much.  It's '99 dated.  It came with two 10rd mags and no case.  Both will be easy to remedy.  So does anyone know if they're rare, when they were imported, etc.?

Is that a solid firing pin retaining pin?

Blue, when done right, is really different and catches your eye.  First because it's different, then because it looks good.

I've never seen any Compacts except the black polycoat ones and on satin nickel pistol.  Didn't even know they every made/sold blued ones.

Sharp.
I just keep wasting time and money on other brands trying to find/make one shoot like my P07 and P09.  What is wrong with me?

I like that. To just look at it, it looks different. Not easily discernible that it's blued over poly black. At least, not on a computer screen. That's a cool piece of CZ, right there. And yeah, looks like a solid firing pin retaining pin from here.

Here's the blued compact that I just picked up today.

It's covered in finger prints and grime.  I need to give it a good cleaning.

NICE! Of all my CZs my glossy blues are my favorites. Had 3, sold one during Obummer time cause the offer was too good to pass up. Converted one to Kadet host and sold the glossy upper. Kept the like new one and rarely shoot it.
When did it change from "We the people" to "screw the people"?

I sprayed some oil on it and it looks much better.  The bluing is glossy and deep.

Very nice score. Blued ones are not common.

Of all the different finishes I think a nicely blued gun is my favorite.
