Anyone refinished their P-07 Duty slide?
« on: June 01, 2015, 10:53:33 PM »
Has anyone had their original style P-07 slide refinished? Let's see some pics. What did you use? Thinking of having robar coat it in NP3+ but not sure how it'd look.

(Not mine, just some photos I had found in the past and bookmarked. NP3'd by Robar. More info here.)

Hmm. Don't care for all the controls and stuff being silver but that slide does look pretty nice.

I had the same plan as I got a used 9mm upper to compliment my stock 40 p07. The wife likes shooting 9s out of it better than the 40. Wanted a duo tone and was thinking np3 coated. I am with you on the leaving the controls black. Thanks for the pic. It could also clear up some debate on the rear sight/reddot room issue.

No, but I am seriously considering giving mine the FDE Duracoat just for the hellufit.

If it gets beat, give it the hell and back look, no problem!

Is that grip stippled or is that an aftermarket grip material?

EDIT: nm, looks like Robar redid the grip themselves. Pretty smooth, almost looks like the Tractiongrip

LOVE tractiongrips myself! Great product and Don is awesome, he lives about 45 minutes from me. Will be paying him a visit soon for some more  :)
