new grips making mags stick

well. this is my 2nd set of coco bolo grips from CZC. I thought the 1st set might have been cut wrong so I sent them back. but this set does the same thing. my mags get stuck when I insert them. and if I put them all the way in, they are very difficult to remove. I have two full size pistols and it does in both of them. both pistols have CGW defensive carry package installed. im going to try these out with my son in law's stock BD and see if it still happens. for some reason my gut tells me it wont though. below is a pic with a fully loaded 16rnd mag

Any idea where they are rubbing? One issue I had with replacement mags, and original screws were the screws were too long and were touching the mags - any scratch marks on yours?

^^^^^ I was gonna say that[emoji2] I agree. It could be that the screw hole is counter sunk a hair too deep. If you back the screws out a little, do the mags still stick?

I have no idea where they are rubbing guys. I have a set of short screws in now. I backed them out a touch with the same result

ok. I tried installing the grips one at a time. with just the right grip panel on, they are ok on both guns. then I installed the left panel only. and that's the culprit. the side shown in the picture.

Are the insides machined to fit inside the frame? If so, measure the depth, I bet the left side sits a hair deeper. (Maybe)

had to make a little sawdust, but they work in both the SP01 and the BD. the pics below show the pistol as it should be. and also where I had to sand

Same thing happened with my cocobolo grips on my P-01. Sanding the grips where they were rubbing fixed mine, too.
