They've added some ad software that is not supposed to be visible when you're logged in, but there are several members that see it even if they are logged in.

It isn't a big deal to me, but it really irritates some.

I frequent RFC but I haven't noticed any scheme. There are several other forums that have much more advertising that RFC. :)

I'm a contributor to that site.

When I posted what I did, I was seeing things that supposedly registered members weren't supposed to see. It's been remedied.

I found RFC after getting my Style and learning how wonderfully accurate it shoots, then I found this forum as well. Be careful to not read about the CZ pistols, or you might get hooked on them as well. Don't ask.
