CZ75 PCR with 10 round magazines

To start off with, I live in Connecticut so I am limited to firearms with no more than a 10 round magazine. I see PCR's online often but they all have 14 round magazines so if I was to by one, I would have to buy it with no magazines and try to get some 10 rounders to fit the PCR (I currently have a CZ75B). I ordered a PCR (with 10 round magazines) from a local gun shop back in March and still have no delivery date.

So, my question for anyone who has been in my situation, what is a realistic wait period for getting my PCR? Or would I be better off buying one online and lose the "evil" high capacity magazines and try to find some 10 rounders for the PCR? Will the magazines for my CZ75B fit in the PCR? What would be a good place online to order magazines? I love the CZ line but the wait is killing me.

Afaik, yes, regular full size mags for the metal frame guns will fit, as will P-01 and CZ75 Compact magazines.

Try CZ Custom they will swap mags for those in less fortunate states.

You need a ten round Compact mag? I think I have one laying about somewhere...

Your 75b mags will fit. They will hang down a little.

Buds has the 75 compact (  that's w/ safety) in a 10 round  for $521 / free shipping. But they usually take 10 days to ship it. Buds also has the 10 round P01 instock for $566.  And GregCote LLC has the 10 round mags for $21. And he ships the same day.  Ive bought from both. Good luck.

The 10 round mags that Greg has are the same length as the 16 round mags. The capacity is reduced by dimpling the body.

I finally got my PCR in. Ordered it 2/2/15 and picked it up last week. Now need to get a holster and some nice grips.

WOW !  That was quite the wait. I guess 10 days from Buds wouldn't of meant crap in that scenario.  I'm sure you will think it was worth the wait when you come to love the weapon.  They are a really good piece. I wouldn't trade mine for nothing. I liked the PCR so much, Friday I bought a 75BD. The PCR's big brother, and it shoots awesome also.  But the PCR has become my favorite EDC.
You will definitely have to give us a range report. That's a purchase I'm sure you wont regret.  ;)

Just a suggestion for additional magazines. You can buy the Mec-Gar 10 round magazine (MGCZ7510B) mags from Greg Cote to use in your full size CZ 75 and replace the bases on the original full size 10 round mags with the 10 round compact base so they will fit your PCR. This way you can increase the number of magazines and save money at the same time.
