Was wanting to switch out the plastic/polymer??? recoil guide rod with a steel one...there are a few to chose from the various sites
Was wondering if when it states as it does below but doesnt specifically mention the Phantom...are they one and the same?:

CZ 75 Stainless Steel FULL LENGTH Guide Rod for the CZ 75/85 family.
Fits in the SP01, SP01 Shadow, 97B, CZ 75's (with hole), and Tactical Sport (TS) without further modification.
Guide rods may be a little awkward to install using Flat Wire Spring.
*We suggest purchasing the Wire Recoil Spring.*
The flat on the guide rod back needs to be aligned with barrel feet for installation.
Slide must already have the hole drilled for long guide rod.
Also I bought mine 2nd hand. I had a look at the shadow and it has a bush on the rod with the spring but my model does not...tried it on mine and it CLEARLY doesnt fit...is there a bush missing from my gun?
