Cajun hammers are awesome. No creep in single action just crisp clean break. Decocker hammers do not need adjustable sear where safety version hammers may.....Decocker or safety matters on the sear.

thinking of buying the Race Hammer - Manual Safety in black for the all-steel cz75 compact & use the stock sear. should this be a drop-in?

Read this about the safety version cajun hammers. When upgrading my 97 I tried the cajun hammer with stock sear and had no safety function, I had purchased adjustable sear just in case, installed it and safety worked like a charm...

    Don't own a safety but, everything I've read is that you'll probably have to fit the safety. That's why a lot of guys also get the adjustable sear.

All my guns have decockers, maybe that is why the OEM sear is OK with my CGW hammers.
