Crappy iPhone pic.  I'll SBR it one day but for now the brace works just fine.

How is the safety digging into the finger issue, with the Shockwave. Is it an issue with this setup?

Just got back from the laser engraver.  SBR'd with M-Lok forend, SE flat trigger, and Octane 45HD.  16" AR-15 for size comparison.  Definitely needs a steeper grip from YetiWurks.

The first time I took it to the range it was almost unbearable.  Perhaps I'm being overly dramatic but it really did detract from the experience.  After that I took a dremel to the safety and never looked back.

I can relate - I used a hacksaw. Seriously.

Sweetheart, please stop playing with my new Scorpion, bury what's left of Spot, shave your legs and wash your feet before coming inside. By the way, what's for dinner?

Meopta MRAD. They've used this optic in many of their videos. It is a cute and compact red dot that rides about 1.5"ish inches above the rail. There are two versions of the MRAD - one with a 5 MOA and another with a 3.5 MOA dot. $400 or so at optics planet and Amazon. Yes, I did consider it before getting the Bushnell, but it was a $300 difference. That's the price of a Form 1 tax stamp plus ammo. Plus, the Bushnell sits closer to the rail, and cowitnesses perfectly with the irons, as if it was made for the EVO.
