My local guy charged me $120 to shorten to 5.3" (per HBi Spec), remove factory handguard, and install HBi all in one go.

So, $120 (Gunsmith) + $112 (HBi K) = $232 total all parts and labor.

SilencerCo ASR flash hider (Part# AC1570) for the 1/2x28 thread pattern
Chopped it down to half the original length and re-cerakoted the tips
Now is compatible with my Hybrid + ASR mount

Late to the party...  Just picked up my Scorpion last weekend and installed the Tailhook/CZ folder on Monday.  Just found this thread and your post earlier today, and I'm intrigued by your Tailhook adapter.  Do you have any more pics, details, about the adapter on your gun?  Overall I'k really diggin on the Tailhook although I wish they had designed it to be a bit thinner side to side so that it would fold a little flatter so that a magnet could be inletted/epoxied in place to hold the stock in the folded position.  Of course, I realize it wasn't designed specifically for this application, so...  Even still, I noticed that you've managed to install a magnet on your setup, so I'm curious about how you accomplished it.  Thanks for any insight!

The adapter is my design and 3d printed in my home. The design allows a magnet to be used to hold the stock like on the carbine. Going to be printing a shorter one on Friday

Got my Form 1 stamp in Nov and my Form 4 stamp in Dec!  It's so much more fun shooting this with the stock and can.
