Mine had to turn  three quarters  tour, done in 10 minutes with sandpaper 80 and 120 on the bathroomfloor, sitting on the toilet................

Is this one of those examples of "Too much information"?  :-\

I ordered crush washer for my CNC muzzle brake.

Wouldn't even work. So file the brake with 80 & 120 sandpaper or take it to a smith ?

Strange, where did you get the washer?  I used a washer from CNC and it worked fine.

Just got the crush washer in from CNC but I can't get the washer to clear the pin on the muzzle. I'm back to square one again.

I really want this muzzle break on before my next range trip. Any tips?

Ditched the washers and decided to take the risk and File it down.

Worked like a charm, took about 30minutes to get it down to the exact turn but no wiggle afterwards.

Good news is I now have spare washers lol

good job -- keep the washer in your parts bin, works on any SKS, AKM, VZ58, etc

For us lazy asses....how about if I just let it wobble?
I put one on a couple months ago and haven't shot it yet.
Is there really enough flop that I have to worry about a bullet strike?

Some minimal play is more than acceptable.  As far as a bullet strike, most muzzle devices for 7.62x39 (.30 cal) have exit holes that are oversized, even for 14RH.  This is esp true for many AKMS (14LH) breaks as well. Just remove the brake and stick a round in the end to see the amount of room for the bullet to pass through.

The amount of wobble for a strike would be have to be significant and checking visually really should be common sense to ascertain if it's a potential. However, I would guess that accuracy and effectiveness of the design could be impacted depending on the device.

Any muzzle device will affect bullet trajectory...  The main concern with wobble is that it can increase dispersion vs a firmly locked down muzzle device.  It's minor within the 300 yards or so most of us will shoot our VZs and considering the significant variance of standard russian steel case ammo, but if looking to optimize accuracy, etc, a tight muzzle device is a relatively easy and certain way to close your groups however minor.
