My CZ-2075BD RAMI so far

Here is my CZ-RAMI after some fancy additions
https://www.flickr.com/photos/129065511@N02/albums/72157662022309740
I picked up my RAMI a few months ago and was a little dubious of the grip on the 10 round mag until I got the little mag extender from a fellow on eBay.
He reworked the Pierce Grips extension for PG-XD mags to work on the CZ mags.
http://www.pearcegrip.com/Products/Springfield%20Armory/PG-XD
I liked it a lot more with the 14 round mag with the little spacer sleeve, but I like it the most with the 17 round MecGar mag with the CZ-compact adapter base and the spacer sleeve.
It looks a bit goofy, but feels great and makes it so much better to shoot with my big hands.
BTW Mecgar claims that the CZ-compact adapter base
http://gregcotellc.com/cart/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=130&products_id=1625
doesn't work on their 17 round mags
http://gregcotellc.com/cart/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=130&products_id=591
but they do.
You just have to clip a little off the front edge of the plastic floorplate so the pin will lock into the hole in the base.
I find the duplex recoil spring makes the RAMI softer to shoot than my PCR, and I love my PCR with Crimson Trace laser-grips.
I wish they would make a duplex recoil system for all the CZ-75s.
I added a Weaver #25 base on the dust shroud to mount a Crimson Trace green laser.

To do this you will need a 6-48 tap and drill
http://www.midwayusa.com/product/293476/weaver-drill-and-tap-set-with-32-drill-and-6-48-thread-tap
and some loctite.
http://www.amazon.com/Loctite-442-68015-Retaining-Compound-Viscosity/dp/B000O05BXW
I used Loctite 680 on every single screw in the base and laser, and nothing has budged since.
The cocobolo grips are from Brian Glas
http://gripsbyglas.com/
This is currently my favorite carry piece. It is shockingly accurate for such a short barrel.
With the 10 round mag it fits in a coat pocket, and I have the 17 round mags for reloads.
BTW the pictures of the Mags show they are loaded with Liberty Defense (hint hint)
I like the idea of a .357 SIG conversion. I might try that to see how it shoots.

Brian does a good job shaping the grips.
I had to do some final finishing and the clear coat, but I don't mind that for his price of $50.
I tried making a set myself, and they looked OK, but they ended up too thin and the way the RAMI grips attach make it very tricky to drill the screw holes correctly.
I am still waiting on the rosewood grips for my Sar K-2 from a guy in Turkey, and the only guy offering grips for my EAA Witness 10mm wants $130.
You can get RAMI grips from several places, including CZ-USA, but I am a cocobolo nut, and I am trying to get some more business for Brian so he can expand into the CZ-clones.

Very nice!!!
So that laser on the Weaver base, drilled, tapped and screwed onto the frame has not come loose? Great!

I have shot around 300 rounds of various target and defense ammo since mounting the laser and nothing has budged.
I should note that most rail lasers are intended for Picatinny rails.
Picatinny rail is almost identical to Weaver rail, but Picatinny has more and different slots across the rail.
Crimson trace rail lasers come with an assortment of plastic "keys" that lock into the cross-slots in the rail.
Not everyone puts those slots in the same place, so they give you a selection with different amounts of forward or backward alignment.
I was unable to use any of them with the Weaver #25 base, so I just used the Loctite 680 on the rail-to-clamp, and clamp-to-laser connections as well.
Effectively gluing the laser to the rail.
It worked and has been solid as a rock since.

Can use the same combo of the CZ-compact adapter base and the spacer sleeve but with the 16 round mags?

Yes the 17 round mags are Mec-Gar's special version, but they are identical in size to the standard 16 round CZ mags.
