I was also waiting patiently for the 922r kit, but then I moved on.
All you have to do is replace the muzzle device, magazine follower and floorplate, trigger, install a US made stock and then pick one more item to replace and Viola, you are 922r compliant.
Since I installed a suppressor, so that took care of the muzzle device but there are others that work as well.
I installed the HB industries aftermarket trigger
I installed the HB industries aftermarket floorplates and followers
I installed the CZ Custom Magpul Zhukov Yugo stock adapter
I installed the Magpul Zhukov Yugo stock
When you do all of this, you are only 1 part away. I was getting ready to get an aftermarket grip from Yeti works, but then a friend if mine milled a disconnector for me. Unfortunately it is not case hardened or anything, so don't know how long it will last, so I might have to go back to the factory one and then get another part for 922r but for now, I am good and I like the look and feel of the Zhukov stock much better than the factory.
