Cz Ts Orange
« on: November 19, 2015, 03:08:05 PM »
I am confused: which one of 3 variation, top of the line, Cz Ts Orange is here to stay?
 1. with full dust cover untrimmed with Cz only elevation adjustable rear sight
 2. with trimmed dust cover with Cz only elevation adjustable rear sight
 3. with trimed dust cover with LPA full adjustable rear sight?
I bought one and got #1

I am preparing a shelf for my two CZs. Can you please give me the width of the
gun at the front = width of the dust cover. My Orange is ordered and has a delay
to be delivered, shelf is near the final ;-)

greetings

Yes sure. The width of the dust cover at the front of the pistol is 28mm.
Good luck! Please let me know when you will get it. I have A question too.
It is a beautiful gun!

I've heard MSRP around $1,650...my local dealer put one on pre-order fire me and quoted just under $1600.

'the shelf' looks like this:

P.S.: This is my CZ 75 Sp-01 Shadow Viper with an extra Nill grip. The TS Orange - still not delivered,
will have an exact (~ hm...I try...) copy of this one as a shelf  ;)

Lucky You!  :D Depends where you live, in what part of the globe you want to buy it.
In Europe (Germany, Austria) they sell it for 1.999 Euro (2.170,- US $). But in our price is 20% value added tax included.
excl. tax that is ~ 1.665 Euro = (1.800 US $). In the US there is much more & stiffer competition, therefore the price may be less.

P.S. my orange in 9mm, ordered at a local dealer, did still not arrive.
Apparently is the Czech model Alena Seredova http://bfy.tw/3NLm is still busy to gnaw & suck the grips out
of a full block of 'orange' alloy for the CZ factory ... what else ? That would explain this outrageous high price!

P.S. 'm?j oran?ov?' (my orange [female] in czech language) arrived on the 22nd of december 2015
Dealer gave me a special price - it was a little bit less than 1.800 Euro.

I am confused too. On the web page, in their catalog, the CZ 75 TS Orange loks like this:
http://www.czub.cz/en/catalog/79-pistole-cz/PCOM/CZ_75_TS_ORANGE.aspx

Mine came like on the pictures of the CZ catalog. Two shots of my orange:

Nice...looks like .40 and not the 9mm. I recall a discussion on forum where this was mentioned.

I have a Custom Shadow Tac II that I love. Being a long time Harley Davidson rider and knowing that black and orange are associated as Harley Davidson colors I lusted after the "Orange CZ". I did not find a factory one to purchase but was able to cobble together the orange look. I found the correct orange grips with Dlask up in British Columbia and the orange base pads with Springer Precision. I am not fully CZ authentic but I sure look good :-).
Congrats on a fine pistol!!

Today I was the first time on the range with my new CZ 75 Tactical Sport Orange

Amo was Sellier & Bellot 9X19 124 grs

Video attached.

See my first 30 shots, distance was 12,5m (41 foot, 13,67 yards or 0,0675 NM, or whatever you like  ::) )
The grid on the target is 1 inch wide. The very first two shots hit me by surprise. This was the very first
time that I shot a gun with SA trigger. Audio had to be deleted, because at the range next to me,  two
guys  near my camera had been chatting & joking all the time.  O0
