IWB for the round trigger guard.
If leather, smooth side out, open muzzle end, internal track for the foresight.
The standard beltslide pancake for the square and round trigger guards would also be nice.
I am currently customizing a '92 vintage round trigger guard .380 for deep concealed carry. The slide release and safety levers are being ground down and I am making ultra slim Corian grips with 20 lpi checkering. The front side of the grip frame is stippled and I will lightly checker the back strip at 30 lpi with smoothing. The front and rear sights will be fiber and non-snag. The pistol will be black chrome finished. A good IWB will be perfect for this gun.
I also have a new square trigger guard in .380 that I am keeping 100% factory stock for comparison. This pistol just cries out for a pancake.
