According to the CZ-USA website:

width:  83=1.4 inches, PCR=1.4 inches.
Length:  83=6.8 inches, PCR=7.2 inches
Height:   83=5.0 inches, PCR=5.3 inches
Weight:  83=1.8 lbs., PCR=1.7 lbs.

Not much difference, from a carry perspective.

Walt nailed the dimensions for you but carrying the guns is a different story.  The PCR is my primary CCW as it holds 15 rnds of +p 9mm....the CZ83 also carries very very well.  Better than the PCR due mainly to its thin muzzle.  The gun just dissappears while being carried.
They are close in size and weight but carry alot differently.
