The grip panels are not replaceable.  Might look for a rail mount laser unit.

If you are looking for instinctive activation then Armalaser grip touch would be your best bet, or a custom ecr holster for a Viridian.

I doubt that anyone would make a laser grip for a pistol that has a rail. Here are several options for a rail mounted laser.

I have a surefire x400 ... i've seen the smaller variants like crimson's tiny guy. for carry, i was hoping i could integrate a laser into the guide rod or grip.

Crimson Trace played with lasergrips for the CZ 75 models back in the day, but decided the demand wasn't there, so no, they don't have any specifics for CZs anymore, just the old style under barrel Pictinney rail stuff.
