For those buying (or having bought) scorpions here in the first half of 2016, here is a link to CZ-USA's trigger pack swap list:

Has anyone received any information from CZ about when these may be available? Or has anyone actually received a replacement?

I just drilled the screw out. I doubt there would have been FDE trigger packs. Plus I didn't want to wait for CZ to get around to it.

Personally I think it is a lot less of a hassle to drill out the trigger screw and do your own trigger upgrade rather than wait for the word from CZ and then box up your Scorpion, send it in and worry about it getting there, then wait until they do the work and send it back and then worry about it getting back to you.

Much simpler doing it yourself IMHO.

"Due to production of ?World-Legal? Scorpions, many guns shipped in 2016 will have a welded trigger case screw, preventing removal of the trigger cage."

So, it sounds as though some guns shipped in 2016 don't have a welded trigger case screw.  My Scorpion was purchased earlier this week.  Any reason to believe it won't need this fix?

If you don't want to wait, you can always send your trigger pack to Shooters Element and for a total cost of somewhere around $35 they'll drill it out and install the reduced weight trigger spring at the same time.

Thanks tcoz.  I won't take possession of my Scorpion until 10/18...  That's a great deal and price for sure.

So, the trigger case will be welded?  I sort of got the impression that CZ stopped doing so at some point, based upon the language "many guns shipped in 2016 will have a welded trigger case screw"...  Some or the more recently shipped ones not?
