The word from CZ about the welded trigger packs and why

RE: Inquiries about the welded trigger groups on the Scorpions that will be coming through in the next few months, the customer has the option of getting on the list to have their trigger group swapped out at our expense. Please refer them to this page on our website:

www.cz-usa.com/scorpiontriggerswap

When the factory starts sending us trigger groups, we will perform the swaps on a first come/first serve basis in the order that folks complete their submission on the website. We?ll send a call tag for their trigger group and when we get it back, we?ll ship out the replacement.

Why the welded nut? Here?s a quick run-down of reasons we are bringing them in:
?         The factory had a set of 2015 leftovers that we previously couldn?t touch. They were the ?World-Legal? setup with the welded nut already, so we brought them in knowing the factory would swap us trigger groups when they had them.
?         We?re bringing 2016 models with the welded nuts because it allows us to get them in the hands of folks wishing to SBR them before 41P goes into effect. If we were to wait for the new molds, there?d be no chance of having them before the change to NFA trusts goes into effect this summer.

The swap itself will be performed by the Parts Department. If a customer has a warranty issue with a welded trigger pack, it?ll be taken care of by the Warranty Department and they will use a new welded trigger pack to resolve the issue.
Now we know why.

Without being able to take the trigger pack out and replace some of those parts, are there enough other aftermarket parts to make the gun 922r compliant?

The carbine guns would have to be compliant already... only the pistol variant would be an issue.
