No way, at least with a sloppy barrel bushing like my 75B 9mm slide had when I picked it up 5 years ago. Bought a Kadet conversion and put the 9mm slide away. Then CGW came out with the new barrel bushing and I decided to try it. Reported a couple of weeks ago on the good results but hadn't really practiced with the gun like I have with the P-09 and CZ-97B"E", both of which are excellent bullseye guns. No surprise with the 97, but unexpected from the P-09. Decided to go through 60 rounds last night (after 120 with the Kadet) just to see how I could shoot the fixed slide in conditions just like I've been shooting for a year with the 97...

The first 10 rounds were excellent (for me). I hit to the right on 5 of the last 10 rounds. The Burris sight screws were loose. I tightened them down and proceeded to timed and rapid fire....

These are as good as I can shoot with the P-09 and the CZ-97 match gun. I think 40k+ rounds through this 75B frame with the CGW sear/hammer/etc. is of some benefit when shooting with this slide as well.
I have another match gun. Who would have thought this was even possible with a plain ol' service pistol? Me, after a lot of rounds through a P-09 and a 97B"E".
This is fun. This is not easy.
