I hope to find out tomorrow. I received the kit I ordered here from Manofsteele, so it's on the gun and ready to try. I just have to sneak in some range time in between all the "Honey Do's" over the next few days.

I owned a S&W 22A, Ruger Mark II Competition, and a Cobra Enterprises C22LR Derringer (ok, that doesn't count). I've shot countless other .22lr pistols/revolvers. I own a Kadet.

Just tried my Kadet kit (on P-01) for the first time yesterday.  Ran Remington Sub-sonics thru it... had a box of Minimags just in case the subsonics didn't cycle... but lo-n-behold, they did!

Very very pleased with it.  Didn't get a whole lot of time with it, nor did I put many rounds thru it... but what little I did manage before the humidity and mosquitos sent me running... was bliss.

Looking forward to my next outing... and with the cost of centerfire cartridges these days, I look forward to getting more use from the kit than I would with my 9mm slide.  :)

I just got a Kadet for my P-01 and put 550 rounds of Federal 22LR through it today with ZERO failures.  My buddy has a Ruger MkII and an Advantage Arms 22LR conversion for his Glock, and has shot a Walther P22.  He was floored when the gun ran all day without missing a beat, saying it's the most reliable 22LR pistol he's ever seen.

The gun is accurate enough to knock over 12ga casings at 10 yards and put 9/10 rounds into a 12" square at 110 yards!

Quite a bit of filing was required to get the adapter to fit, so I used a micrometer to get everything right.

I am now an official 22LR addict.

Just put the first 100 rounds through my Kadet adapter (on a 75B).

Ran perfectly and was a joy to shoot!

I did have to remove more material than others have mentioned to get it to fit. Patience, and a good file did the trick with no problems.

Looks like I will have to buy a .22lr conversion for one of my Witnesses now.......:D
