Vz 58 single stock magazines

Anyone know where I can purchase single stock magazines for the Vz 58 sporter?

I have seen polymer single stack mags on eBay on occasion, but they are expensive and don't show up often

All things considered, probably cheaper to do a doublestack conversion if your jurisdiction allows.

You can find Vz58 3, 5, 10 or 15 rounds mags in Europe. I do not know if they were issued as such or if they are shorten 30 rounds.

However, I know that 10 rounds mags were produced by the Warsaw Pact armies for the AK family in order to fire blank rounds. I have couple of those Polish AK ones that I modified to take standard cartridges for my AIA M10A1.  I only use the 30 rounds for dynamic shooting in my Vz but the shorter ones do indeed look super sleek for target shooting

Froggy -- US Import laws require all imports to be in a "sporter" configuration, one component of which is single stack mags.  So AKs, VZ58s, etc, imported into the US come w/ single stack mags.   Different than Europe.

CSA sends polymer 10 round single stack mags w/ these sporter rifles; many are converted, but all aren't... 

Typically all machining is done for double stack, except that the sides of the magwell openings are more narrow and need milled out.  I haven't inspected a VZ58 sporter in person however to confirm that's the case here.
