Thanks for all of the input.  My efile is done and the wait begins. After waiting 6 months for my silencer this should be a breeze.

I filed mine on 4/30 and the waiting never gets any easier but I do have a couple AR SBR's to keep me company. Still need to find my Onega 9K for the Scorpion though.

I e-filed in April as well. At time of filing, there were two choices in the selection menu:
1) CZ Scorpion Evo 3 S1
2) CZ Scorpion Evo3 S1

I think... could have been an "Evo 3S1". One had the space, the other didn't.

Did that get fixed or were there still two Evo choices?

3S1 was still in there. Don't know why people could choose that.

The EFile system keeps everyone's model/etc. submissions once the form is filed, doesn't remove them when marked invalid. So you get to see every variation everyone ever used. Its dumb, should remove them if the examiner flags it as an invalid model.

Anyone still does paper? I was told the paper queue isn't as long as the efile since no one rarely does paper anymore.

I believe the website NFA  tracker is reporting slightly shorter wait times with paper submissions as well.

Efile is slightly faster from what I've seen. Also much easier to mess up the paper form.

Yes but paper allows you to correct and resubmit, if you mess up an efile it gets disapproved (though they will most often fast track your new one).

Quick question about the form 1.  A while ago i remember doing a ATF Certificate of Compliance form (form 5330.20).  I've read that you now longer have to and I've read that it's a good idea to include it in case it gets kicked back.

Thanks for the information and hints on e-filing the Form 1 for changing a Scorpion to a SBR. I e-filed this morning, that BATFE site is certainly clunky. I hope that I did all of the required steps, it did take my cc information.  I been looking at the Zhukov stock from Pantel, leaning toward going that route on my Scorpion.

I had an E form disapproved and the resubmitted. Corrected one was approved the same day with an email to Ted Clutter.

For anyone predicting their wait time I had a Form 4 check cashed 20 Jan and was approved 28 May.  130 days.

About all I can say about that ATF e-file site is what Gomer Pyle used to tell Sgt. Carter, "Shazzam!" I have found the ATF site to be very clunky, and not user-friendly.

Tried to e-file on Saturday, all the site let me do was pay for the stamp. My Form 1 was still in "Draft" only. I did get an email confirmation number for that payment, and my credit card company has the $200 charge pending.

Today, after reading up on another site, I downloaded and used Google Chrome. The site was better behaved. Today, I was able to recheck my draft form, digitally sign and certify. Then I got a two line error message, the first line with the error. The second line with a form acceptance statement and a 10-digit application number. But, it wouldn't let me pay again?  After going back to the HOME page, the form is now accepted and has a Permit/Control number, the same 10-digit number as before.  So.....I think it is submitted. I will be calling them tomorrow to verify linking of the payment remittance with the accepted application.  Maybe, oh maybe now begins the wait for this approval. I already have two Form 4 silencer applications awaiting approval at ATF.

Again thanks to all for all of the help with inputting the correct info on the e-form.

Now, wouldn't it be great if CZ USA would implement their proposed trigger pack replacement now, while we are all waiting for the ATF???

Starting to wonder if a paper filing would have been easier??? For you sake, I hope that YMMV.

I had almost the same thing happen to me, I e-filed on Saturday the fourth, so it's been 11 days and I'm still not sure what's happening.

Let us know what happens with your phone call to ATF.

Was able to get a hold of a person today at ATF. Sent him email information about Saturday's payment and Monday's Form acceptance. He said that he was able to link the two, and now it it just a waiting game. I was a good encounter.
