The front sight height will definitely change where the bullet strikes the target on the vertical plane - lower will make gun shoot higher and higher will make gun shoot lower. If you like where it shoots now, get the same front sight height. Check out Dawson Precision as they have a variety of heights (and widths) to choose from and there is a formula to figure out what height to get depending on the distance you want to sight it in at. One PTA is you may need to remove the front sight to find out which one you have (I think 5mm is standard from factory, but double check). Also, Dawsons may measure heights differently than CZ...
