Go to Gunbroker and type in CZ 75, check used in the box and hit enter. They have an ugly gun special going on with plenty of Pre-B's for sale.

I did a whole video series on Youtube of a complete refinish of a Hi Power using Duracoat aerosol DuraBlue.  It turned out very nice and I made a hefty profit when I sold the gun.  My user name on YouTube is Snake Doc if you want to see the steps and overall review.

I had no issues with Duracoat aersol build thickness when I spray my Hi-Power.  Tolerances remained clear and all pins/etc went back in without issue.

I had a gunshop and gunsmith service that included refinishing and camo'ing and water immersion guns for about a decade. In that time, I think I have tried about every spray finish out there., but I will say that Norrells and KG are better alternatives if you haven't already sprayed it with duracoat, you may want to look into it.

Alas, the DuraPark is en route. It'll be interesting to see how it differs from any old paint...I like to paint firearms.

I have the frame totally stripped and cleaned. I'm going to need a bit of prep work before I coat it. The DuraPark will arrive today, magazines this week. I'll perform the magwell alterations before the finish is applied.

Per LCW, its a Traditional Finish Replicator. I read that to mean paint.

This is a very interesting thread to follow.  Looking forward to how this turns out.

A little more scrubbing and some polishing with the included Scotch Brite. I almost want to clear coat it.

That is quite interesting. It is nice to see what was under there.
Will work for CZ pics! (including but not limited to all CZ clones)

I'm still seeing a good looking surface to start with.  Nice.

Being ignorant of the process,  where do you stop with the finish?
How do you mask areas where finish isn't applied?

where would you not want finish?  You just spray the whole thing down.  That is the point of a detail strip.  No masking.  I think I did 5 coats on my Hi Power in the video above.  As I said, I did the whole process on my channel.

Ya, when i had my SP-01 Tac refinished, they did the hole frame and slide inside and out. Unlike the factory polycoat that only covered the exterior of the pistol. I assume that they plugged some of the holes so the refinish did not get inside the FP channel, but i am just guessing as to the process.
