Swapping safeties and sear cages.I

I have an SP-01 (non shadow) with D style safeties and sear cage and a 75 SA Shadow with Tumbler style safeties.  I should have no problem swapping one sear cage and safeties for the other, should I not?  Anything I should be aware of other than the detents?

Most of the time should be no issue.
rare instance where timing can be off. Rare.
