CZ 75B H-Tac rear sight

Does anyone have any experience with this sight?

I want a non-tritium, non-adjustable rear sight, and I just don't like the looks of the ramped style rear sights. I do like the look of the H-Tac sights, but most are made for the Shadow sight cut.

I just need to know if this sight fits on a standard SP-01, this one says it's made from a modified Tactical sight and I'm not exactly sure what that means.

The SP-01 and CZ75 share the same rear sight cut.  At the bottem of the listing it states "Fits CZ 75 Rear Sight Dovetail."  Therefor you are good to go.

I have this site on my 85B - I really like it.  I asked the difference between the Htac and the tactical when I bought mine -

per CZ Customs "the Htac for 75/85 has a ledge on the front for manipulation. Tactical does not" you can see the difference when you know what to look for

I have these on my P-07 for the past two years and do like them as defense/tactical sight.  Not so much for competition.  Because of the tapered edges, I have more visibility of what's in front of me.  A more pronounced ledge on the rear sight would be nice for one handed slide manipulation.  Someday, I'd like to pair it with a 1.5mm FO front versus the 1mm I have now.
