I'm a neanderthal!  I carry a full-size CZ 75 B in a Falco IWB holster, under a one-size larger t-shirt and cargo sorts.  Carries and conceals just fine.

Check out Gun Broker or maybe the gun shows in your area. The Smith & Wesson model 3913/3914 are true single stack hammer fired da/sa guns. They are pretty compact but not quite small enough for pocket duty.

If you're talking about the 3913/3914 it's a great all metal compact pistol. There are those of us who still like a traditional da/sa pistol as opposed to striker fired plastics. I still have one in the family and would never part with it.

I carry a Glock 19 about 95% of the time, even when it's hot outside and I'm wearing shorts and a t-shirt. However, on those 5% of time I'm not carrying my 19 I carry a S&W 642 either IWB appendix or in a pocket.

That's a big pocket! Or mine are all small pockets, dunno.
I pocket carried a Beretta Tomcat .32 the other day, it's tiny but still took up most of the pocket in my carpenter jeans.

Being retired I'm rarely out in dress slacks. Most of my casual wear easily accommodate the Kahr in stealth mode. So much so that I quit carrying .380s. Actually the recoil comparing the 9 & 380 are similar. I'll  stick to the 9.

I'm generally packing my 9mm Shield or P938 in the summer months in MA...it gets super muggy around here. The smaller and lighter the better.
