Faux suppressor <?>

New to the gun world. Was wondering do i need my supressor
"License" before i buy a cz scorpion evo3 s1 faux supressed?
 How does something like this work?

No, you do not need a license, its a fake suppressor.  But it looks really cool.

Why would cz even make this model if theres no point to it?
Why not stick to the muzzle brake model.
