RAMI's need wood grips. No doubt about it. CZC is smart to offer them. I just looked at their selection and they really offer some beautiful ones.

Well, I went ahead and ordered two sets...one for each Rami!  I really like the looks of these.

The grips worked perfectly at the range!  They were easy to hang on to and did not slip out of grip when firing the pistol.  The half checkering gripped well and I had no problem hanging onto the smooth other half.  Also, the grip screws did not come loose after an hour of shooting so the wood held up to the screw pressure.  Thanks CZ Custom!

I appreciate the grip offered by the factory stocks on my 40 RAMI and find I need to work a little harder with half checkered grips on my 75b in 40. 

But I sure like the looks of the half checkered better.  :D

Rubber, I'm with you on that...the coco bolo's are more for looks and range use.  I simply prefer the half checkered look over the full checkered.  The factory rubber, full checked grips are for when the pistol is in CCW or HD use.  I don't want any chance of a slipping grip in those situations.
