Had to look it up. Interesting. Along the EAA, and SAR line. Would have bought a B6p compact a long time ago if they came with decocker.

The one I shot was made by Tangfolio and imported by Armscor.  It was super accurate, but did feel a little less hefty than my CZ's.  Not sure if that is real or perceived...

That's not entirely accurate; as jwc007 recently stated in another thread they are "finish machined, finished, assembled, and tested in the Philippines, rather than Italy."

As a plus,  unlike many manufacturers Armscor/RIA firearms come with lifetime warranties whether a person is the original purchaser or not, and from most accounts I know of (including my own) they will pay shipping both ways for warranty work. It's worth noting that they have a facility in Nevada where the work would be performed, not shipped back to the Philippines.

Yes! I have both the mid-size and full size steel framed versions and they are only a couple of years old.
Did have a few issues with them, but I resolved them myself.  http://www.czfirearms.us/index.php?topic=76110.msg546438#msg546438
Even with those issues, I would buy them again.  I have carried the Mid-size concealed.
I often use the Full Size for IPSC matches.

Very True!  Tanfoglio provides raw castings and some small parts to RIA for manufacture. Tanfoglio and RIA have a fairly solid partnership.

In the video review, it mentions the plain vanilla front sight is part of the slide....not liking that part of what otherwise looks to be a nice clone.

True, the Front Sight is a part of the casting and that is true of most all current basic Tanfoglio based Cz Clones.

I've never let that bother me and have been pretty happy with the basic supplied Factory Sights.

That said, if one prefers, there are ways around that. Forum Member Rod Slinger has milled in dovetails here: http://www.czfirearms.us/index.php?topic=8290.0

One shooter I used to know, milled a slot in the slide to take TruGlo Glock Fiber Optic front sights.
I have also seen other "miracles" performed with epoxy, all of which depend upon skill level, for a desirable outcome.  ;)
