Where Are All Of The 97B's

I've been looking on line for a new 97B and can't seem to find one. Anyone have any ideas ?

Good question...I did a quick check on Gallery of Guns - Gun Genie for my zip code and the only listing show "Out of Stock".

I also did a check elsewhere, Collectors Firearms, Lone Star Firearms, Hoosier Armory--all have the 97B and 97BD out of stock.

That is a mystery!

Same here. I checked 9 different sites that I normally buy through and none are to be found. I was hoping that maybe the folks here on the forum had some suggestions. I'll keep looking.

Gunbroker might be your only option. I bought mine month or so ago from Damascus Gun Shop. They showed one in stock so I called to confirm that they had it. I was driving so I pulled over to order it and someone else had bought it. I called them back and they said they'd check their inventory. Called me back and had "found" 2 or three more. Rest of the transaction was perfect. I suspect they manage the numbers they show online, you could try giving them a call. Good luck.

Interesting I too was checking Damascus Gun Shop and saw the 1 in stock but didn't "pull the trigger" I'm glad you were able to get it. I'll give them a try maybe I'll get lucky.

Cajun Gun Works may have accidentally bought the last large shipment a few months back.   Since we don't retail NIB pistols, we could offer them with our least expensive upgrade package:  $625.00 (base pistol) + $298.00 (defensive carry package) + $40.00 FedEx.

Didn't realize the stock of 97s got tight. The available stock seems to ebb and flow with this model. About a year ago I was on looking to buy a CZ97 BD and here were hardly any to be found, even on Gunbroker. When I bought my CZ97 BD last month there was a healthy set of choices. I got mine from Bud's Gun Shop and they are out of stock now. This might be one of those situations where patience shows it's virtuous side. Good luck with your search and I hope the timing of your purchase works in your favor soon.

Still in stock at Oak Gill Guns today (Sunday). Georgia Gun Store still lists one in stock today. Gallery of Guns had several 97Bs and 97BDs last month but they're still currently sold out. Bud's doesn't have any, either.
