Yeah. Target is the Bullseye replacement. Unequal is the replacement for Unique. Red for Red Dot, etc.

In the last Powerfactor Show interview with Chris Hodgdon, he said the new powders were designed to be volumetrically the same as Alliant powders (for shotgunners), but may be slightly off a by weight.  He also said they are better quality, cleaner burning.  They also give him a hard time on the naming system.

I've had trouble with Target.  It doesn't want to feed thru my RCBS Uniflow. It wants to mash the powder and drops out as a glob that feels like rubber.  I also bought some Red and it works ok in my Uniflow.

Download TapaTalk and you can post directly from the app.  No need to host anywhere else.  Super easy especially since you have the photo on you phone already.

Those are some big flakes.  I can't imagine that metering well?  That's bummer as Target looks on paper to have a good efficient burn rate for competition loads.

It's interesting you note that it likes to clump together.   Does it also seem to have more static sensitivity too (does it like to stick to the powder funnel walls)?

Kind of looks like the flakes in Red Dot (sans the red flakes), it is dark.

Comparing it to a little 231/HP38. Gives a good "scale" most every reloader can relate to.
