I had the same issue with my Urban Grey P07.
That's the same one I've got so thanks for the response. I did speak with David and he explained that CZ has reconfigured their triggers but, unfortunately, I don't see where taking anything off my trigger or behind the trigger will help.
So, next option is to file a little off the hammer. I too can squeeze the trigger but it's just a hair to short to release the hammer. If I bump the hammer, it will go though. I'll probably take both P-07's apart this weekend and compare hammers and triggers and then see if I want to tackle it.
3rd option-send the hammer to CGW and let them grind on it. It's not even his hammer but he's willing to do it ... that speaks volumes about his business ethics.
4th option - buy one of his hammers. Hmmm, sounds like an
excuse justification to me. This is not going to be a carry weapon (my other P-07 is) so I wouldn't feel uncomfortable doing it and I'd planned on doing it anyway.
It all makes sense though considering these are not uber precision firearms, but with CGW's help, they have a chance of running with the big dogs for a lot less.
